Divorce And Child Support Are Eviscerating Military Recruitment, 6-11-05
...Men are not stupid. They have learned that when they are patriotic and join
the military, the chances are better than 50% that they will end up divorced
and come home to a huge child support debt and perhaps even a jail cell on
criminal nonsupport charges.... If a woman is married to a military man for
merely one day, she can collect up to half his pension if she divorces
him....Secondly, the best time to divorce a man is when he cannot defend
himself because he is on the other side of the world....It is worse for
reservists. A divorced male reservist can end up owing more in child support
than he earns on his military paycheck....

Phyllis, its not the fault of feminists. Its the fault
of those who were in originally in power...American men. They chose not to
fight back....see how nice it is guys?

VAWA, admitted that "up to 75 percent of all domestic assaults reported to law
enforcement agencies were inflicted after the separation of the couple." Most
allegations of domestic violence are made for the purpose of taking the
custody of children away from their fathers....
If a relationship between recruiting problems and
divorce then don't encourage divorce with the financial windfall for mostly
wives and trial lawyers with
USFSPA .
In effect the military has caused some of its own
recruitment problems by supporting
USFSPA !
